Christmas Cards!!!

The other night I started to work on some Christmas cards and I just LOVE making Christmas cards!  These are a few of the ones that I have completed.

This card is called Christmas House and I just love how it turned out.  I don't know if you can see the stickles surrounding the house or not.  It was used to give it a snowy effect.

This card is entitled Season's Greetings and I decided to use non-traditional colors of pink and green together.  I think it turned out quite nicely.  The "Season's Greetings" is a rub on on the pink ribbon.

And last but not least, my Wonderful Time card. This card is pretty simple, but I thought on this card that less is more.

Christmas for me has such sentimental value.  It to me is a time for family to get closer even if only for a few days during the holiday season, it just gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling all over.  I have a new boyfriend who I look forward to spending these times with for years to come and creating new traditions with.  Christmas has always been a time of giving for me, I would rather than give than receive.  Perhaps that's selfish of me but I love to see the look on someones face when they open their gift/card and know they are thought of in a special way.

Thank you for coming by and leaving me a gift in the means of a comment! Each and every one is and although I am still a newbie blogger, I hope tha I never lose this feeling!

I enjoyed scrolling through the Christmas Cards this morning. Reminded me that it is going to be time to get busy once again! Not sure if I am quite ready for it though. There are just not enough hours in the day!

I also saw that you recently joined the Bloggerette Sorority and wanted to say Welcome cause I did to just a few days before... LOL! I am looking forward to joining in on the fun there.

Take Care~ Sherry F.

Oh Girl you are getting me in the mood for the Holidays. YIKES! Your cards are just wonderful. Do you send out a different card to each person, or do you sell them, or what? What energy you have!!! Hug me so some of it will run off on me!

You have horrible feet too! OH NO! I don't know what we did to make our feet do this - well . . . not true, I wore spikes for heels while worked. But they never bothered me! But now - 20 years later, now I'm really paying for it. Why do shoemakers do this to us? If the young girls of today only knew what they were in for - they'd stop wearing them.

Well - now we can be "partners in pain" together. I'm truly hoping not to have to have surgery. I have had so many different comments - there are many different treatments out there and I'm hoping all I need is a cortisone shot or 2 and they will go away. We'll see. I might have ignored it a bit too long. Hmmm.

Have a wonderful day! karen
