It's New!!!

It's been just about a year now since I've posted so I'll quickly share some highlights and of course some of my creations that I have made since.

I guess first off is that I am now married!  Eric and I tied the knot on April 7 of this year in a small ceremony with friends and family.  We spent a few days in Hocking Hills enjoying some time outdoors hiking and getting back to nature.  It was absolutely gorgeous.  We stayed in a private chalet which was to die for!

Then just a couple weeks after we were married we became grandparents!

This picture is Brody and our cat Cheeto taking a nap together.  Brody is in his bed and Cheeto is on the floor btw, it doesn't look like it in the picture.

My daughter Kristin took me out for a Mother's Day makeover!  She took me out to get a new hairstyle and color, nails done and a nice dinner!

New Stuff!!!

Hello everyone!!
I have some new cards and things to share with you.  I'll more than likely make more than one post since it's been a while and I have a lot to share.

First are Cake Boxes
These cute boxes open to store little things such as notes, jewelry, etc.

This next is a tiny little book I made for a challenge one night.

Next I have an ATC that is made with Texture Paste to give it that added "zing!"

For Halloween last year I took a wooden plain birdhouse and altered it into a haunted house and used my Cricut to help add to it

I created a Technique Book for myself so that I can try different techniques first hand and have them for future reference.

Stay Tuned
More to Come!!!

Some recent cards...

Hello my crafty friends...

I wanted to share with you some cards I made in the past few days.  I belong to Splitcoast Stampers BRAK (birthday random acts of kindness) and so I have been making a lot of birthday cards.

I made six of these:
I knew that I had to do an "assembly line" so I wanted something simple yet something that didn't look like it was just thrown together.
I made four of these following the same concept above.
This one I used a stencil and some Rangers Perfect Pearls for the roses and music notes for the embossing
This one here is very simple; some dazzle stickers make this one pop-out

I haven't posted in a while and a lot has happened since I last did. First thing that happened was I got a major promotion at work in February.  I am now a full time Property Manager!!!  I absolutely love this job but it does take a lot of my free time.  I work so many extra hours.  I was left with such a mess when I took this position from the previous manager and this took a lot of 10+ hour days and weekends.  But I digress...I do love it and I am very happy with the new change.

The other thing was this...
My Eric asked me to marry him!!!  It was so great and I am so happy to have him!!!

I am trying to craft when I can.  I do miss it but I like the trade-off's though!

Take care everyone!!!
